Martin Wells joined the Cornell faculty in 1987 and is the Charles A. Alexander Professor of Statistical Sciences, Professor and Chair of both the Department of Biological Statistics and Computational Biology and the Department of Statistical Sciences at Cornell University.

Yasir joined the Survey Research Institute in the spring of 2010 as a programmer/analyst, but quickly moved to a more influential role of lead programmer and eventually became the Technical Project Manager.

Paul attended Ithaca College and Antioch College's Institute of Communications and Media Arts. He had worked with the State of Ohio, Cornell University's Office of Undergraduate Admissions, and Time Warner Cable/Spectrum, before joining SRI as a telephone interviewer in 2003. He is now a member of the SRI Web survey team.

Adam became a member of the SRI team in early 2018 after graduating with a degree in psychology. His primary duties include overseeing mailing and paper surveys from design to data output, monitoring data quality while surveys are in the field, and hosting weekly staff meetings to disseminate project-specific protocol updates.

Janilya relocated from Florida to Ithaca to pursue a degree at Cornell University. After graduating, she decided to settle in the area and joined SRI in 2018. Her main responsibility as a supervisor is assisting managers in day-to-day tasks to help the facility function in a productive and respectful environment. She especially enjoys coaching staff and learning about the changing landscape of survey research.

Dan joined the SRI team as a phone interviewer in September 2018. Now as part of the supervising team, he shares the responsibility of everyday office tasks, monitoring evening project calls, and helping interviewers maintain productivity for each project. More specifically, he oversees the transcription process for recorded interviews and mailing incentives to survey respondents.

Seth started working for SRI in the beginning of 2007. With more successfully completed surveys under his belt than any other SRI employee, Seth uses his experience to mold new hires into exceptional interviewers. He helps train research assistants by monitoring calls, identifying individual areas for improvement, and keeping them motivated.
